Our services range from due diligence engagements, buyer consultation (fee for service)  and seller representation (success fee), capital consulting, and exit planning. We are able to facilitate deal sizes from $500k to $200mm.

In addition to intermediary services, David Moore & Partners provides advisory services for exit planning, ESOP, generational transfers, divorce and estate liquidations.

Because we are full service, we can assist in letters of intent as well as transaction documents to make sure your interests are looked after without going outside to another firm.

We help our clients to identify the best possible opportunities for acquisitions, disposals or strategic partnerships. We overlay strategy and timing in order to achieve the best possible deal value for our clients.

David Moore & Partners is lead by CEO  David Moore, MBA. In the late 90’s, David was a tech entrepreneur and started several companies that became middle market companies. In 2009 began exiting of those ventures and started consulting and mentoring small and medium size businesses. David was previously the President at a boutique M&A firm and is now leading David Moore & Partners as a National Mergers and Acquisitions firm. He  has a Master of Business Administration degree from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.
